Carlene Romans Smith, Ph.D. 

Dr. Smith is a psychologist and consultant. She has designed and taught seminars and workshops over the past twenty years.

Frequent workshop topics have included Psychology for Managers, Communication Skills, Stress Management, Position Yourself for Success, Team Building, Utilizing Transitions, and Conflict Resolution.

Dr. Smith has taught couses at the graduate and undergraduate level at the City University of New York, San Diego State University, California State University San Marcos, National University and Livingstone College.

Michelle Brown-Shelton, M.A., CEAP

Ms. Brown-Shelton is a certified employee assistance professional with a clinical masters degree in marriage and family threrapy.

Ms. Brown-Shelton has worked extensively with professionals and high level executives to improve their personal productivity and efficiency. She is also expert at helping organizations get back on track and function under their mission statements.
